Will our games be located at the same gym all season?
The parents
will be provided with a schedule at the beginning of the season that will show where each game will be located.
Q. What does my registration
fee pay for?
Uniform top, referees, indoor facilities
for practice and games and liability insurance.
Q. Will my child be
guaranteed to play?
All children are guaranteed
at least one quarter of playing time (4-5 yrs old at least one half).
Q. Will there be playoffs?
Yes the season
is 6 weeks of regular game play and 2 weeks of playoffs. Each team is guaranteed to go into the first round
of playoffs (7th week) but have to win to go to the finals (8th wk).
Q.Will a reward be provided
to the playoff winners?
IYS will provide medal order forms to all the parents that would like to order a medal for their child.
Here at IYS we believe all the players are winners.
Q. Will team pictures be taken?
Yes. IYS will provide parents with the information
needed regarding picture day and picture prices.
Q.How do I find out about any schedule changes
for games or any other IYS event?
There may come a time where changes may have to
be made regarding game time and/or game location. In the even that this happens we will
post an update on our website under the update link. You can call IYS number anytime after 7am
on the game day to see if there are any changes due to unforeseen circumstances and if IYS knows of any
changes before the scheduled game day we will contact the coach of each team and advise
them to notify each parent of the changes.
