Coach Katrina has played volleyball since the age of 12. She played her first 2 years
of high school volleyball at Judson H.S. and moved to Ft Knox, KY her last 2 years of high school. Her
school in KY did not have a volleyball team so she played intramurals her last 2 years of high school. Katrina
sent of tapes of her playing volleyball in 10th grade to numerous colleges around the country and got offers from
Rice, The University of KY and The University of TX at San Antonio. Since her parents were moving back
to San Antonio, Katrina decided to attend UTSA. She has continued to play after college with numerous clubs
within the Lone Star Volleyball Region and Katrina has also hosted numerous volleyball clinics within the last 2 years in
the San Antonio area.
